Mission Statement of Athena Society - From September 1994 Program

Purpose: To Brainstorm the future of clinical chemistry and its future role in health care.

Scope: A meeting of individuals interested and knowledgeable in laboratory medicine. Not a meeting of organizations or National/Regional interests.

Outcome: Insightful views of the future of science, technology, education and service in clinical chemistry. These views may provide the basis for appropriate publication and/or dissmeniation to National and/or other organizations.
